Job Responsibility:
Collect, clean, and analyse financial, operational, and sales data to support business decisions and long-term strategy
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor margins, costs, and revenue performance across multiple divisions
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or margin improvement, providing recommendations to senior stakeholders
Work closely with the Financial Director to deliver robust financial modelling, forecasting, and budget planning
Support the development of pricing strategies and carry out detailed profitability analysis across products and services
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations and Sales to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives
Continuously review and improve data collection processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation
Requirements:
Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel knowledge with experience in building financial models
Solid understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and margin analysis
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Confident communicator, comfortable presenting insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to identify and deliver improvements that add real value
