Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Performance & Analytics, the successful candidate will be a key member of the business partnering team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, driving process improvements, and supporting business partners to enhance financial capability across the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead complex financial management activities, including month-end processes, reporting, and performance monitoring
Provide specialist advice and insights on variance investigation, labour cost reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
Drive the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for financial systems and practices
Support business partners with strategic planning, forecasting, and the development of annual budgets for relevant portfolios
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting while maintaining conceptual knowledge of business portfolios
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Management, or Accounting
CPA or CA qualification (obtained or currently studying)
Demonstrated experience in financial analytics, including a strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow impacts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling and large dataset analysis)
Experience with Power BI or TechnologyOne is considered highly advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment
