Job Description

twentyAI is supporting a global private equity business in the search for a Finance Analyst. This opportunity would suit someone newly qualified who is looking to build on a strong technical finance foundation while gaining experience in a business that is investing in AI enablement and process engineering capability within finance. The role will have a particular focus on financial close, management information, reporting, and process support, while also offering the chance to get involved in wider initiatives around automation, AI tools, and improving finance workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the month-end and financial close process
  • Producing and analysing management information and financial reporting
  • Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and performance analysis
  • Partnering with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives across the finance function
  • Contributing to the development of AI-enabled processes and finance transformation projects
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls, and efficiency through automation and smarter use of data

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with 1-2 years PQE
  • Background in financial accounting, management reporting, or finance analyst roles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An interest in AI, automation, process improvement, or finance transformation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Exposure to process optimisation, systems improvement, or data/automation tools would be advantageous
