Partner closely with Finance Change leads and senior stakeholders to shape the Delivery Hub roadmap and translate Finance needs into clear, actionable requirements
Act as the bridge between Finance and technology, bringing context around systems, data flows and processes to every conversation
Lead end‑to‑end analysis across Finance projects and major programmes, from discovery through to design, testing and delivery
Facilitate workshops, playback sessions and requirement walkthroughs, confidently engaging and constructively challenging stakeholders at all levels
Analyse current‑state Finance processes, identify pain points and opportunities, and help design future‑state solutions that remove manual workarounds
Own requirements quality and traceability, ensuring Finance needs are fully designed, tested and delivered on time
Contribute to department‑wide reporting, capacity planning and data analysis to support better decision‑making
Continuously improve how we do business analysis, introducing smarter ways of working and supporting the growth of the wider team
