Finance Analysis & Insights Analyst

• Address strategic issues on an ad hoc basis
• contribute to quarterly competitor reviews, annotated supplement, and investment reports
• generate highlights for board of directors and executive management reports
• develop processes for planning and forecasting
• review results against plans
• oversee estimation of risk capital
• analyze key management presentations
• execute time-critical activities for FP&A teams
• contribute to developing review materials
• monitor and execute month-end financial processes
• validate and upload planning scenarios and ensure correct execution
• configure and execute customizations for IPO readiness
• collaborate with Technology teams for financial projects
• develop automation opportunities

• 5-8 years of experience working with a variety of financial platforms
• proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• demonstrated presentation skills
• consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
