Finance AI Enablement Senior Manager

• Manage the entire AI project lifecycle from ideation and planning through execution and post project review
• Conduct process and data analyses
• Identify root causes and drive the implementation of AI and other solutions to improve process efficiency and boost team productivity
• Partner closely with IT & Finance stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and requirements and deliver innovative business and technology solutions
• Utilize our Atlassian suite of collaboration tools with project management principles and AI features to support cross-functional teams toward shared success
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization
• Shape and drive the vision for making the Finance function more lean and agile

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting operations, process and system assessments and redesign
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a strong plus
• Experience in deploying AI and data science solutions in support of business objectives
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Strong business partnering skills and a consultative mindset
• Passion for program management, ability to plan, scope and monitor projects, identify risks and solve problems
• Strong ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
