As a Controller for the Commercial Business Unit (CBU), you will serve as the key financial partner supporting the CBU’s strategic and commercial performance. You will drive financial planning, pricing governance, market strategy analysis, and margin optimization across the region, acting as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leadership. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, analytical capability, and the ability to influence strategic decisions in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and support Business Partner in target definition and steering the Cluster both on Wholegoods and Parts&Service
Ensure financial closure and explain deviation of main business KPIs vs Planning/PY
Ensure projects business cases and steering (shiftgear)
Coordinate and harmonize processes within the markets, both business and finance
Become the filter of discount management within their DoA, supporting Cluster CBU and pricing team to take decision
Become control owner of SOX processes, trying to simplify and harmonize across countries
Manage and Develop local controllers to become Market Controllers (change management)
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, best practices, and process optimization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Master’s or MBA strongly preferred
7+ years of experience in commercial controlling, FP&A, business partnering, or finance roles within industrial, manufacturing, or commercial organizations
Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and influencing senior leaders
Strong command of financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, BI tools) and highly advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally, challenge assumptions, and drive strategic outcomes
Fluent in English
