Named Financial Advocate / Learning Disability / Flexible / Hybrid position which involves working from home, local travel, and online support. This is a people focused role where person‑centred support, dignity and empowerment are at the heart of everything you do. Money is a deeply personal part of everyday life. Through your support, people will gain confidence, reassurance and greater independence in their daily lives. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible working through annualised hours, allowing you to manage your own hours and workload across the week and throughout the year while continuing to deliver high quality support. The role is primarily weekday based, with core hours within usual office hours, and potential for early morning, evening or weekend work, supported by a flexible and understanding approach to work life balance. This hybrid position involves working from home, local travel, and online assistance for those you support. You will also be part of a wider, supportive organisation, working alongside experienced advocates, managers and admin and finance teams who are also working from home across the country, or based in our office in Grantham. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders act 1974. For this act, you must declare any convictions or cautions that you have received, including these that would otherwise be spent.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Experience in finance, banking and/or benefits
