Job Description:

Temporary Part-Time Administrator/Finance Manager role for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a busy and friendly team in East Lothian. The role offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inputting invoices into Xero
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing supplier invoices and expenses
  • Managing payments
  • Preparing payroll and C.I.S payments
  • General office administration including ordering supplies and answering calls

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance/admin role
  • Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
