Temporary Finance Administrator role providing urgent temporary cover for approximately 3 months. Varied role supporting finance operations, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes within a well-established organisation with a supportive finance team.
Job Responsibility:
Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments, ensuring accurate financial records
Carry out reconciliations of accounts, costings, and ledger entries
Maintain and update financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies
Liaise with internal departments (procurement, operations, labs) and external suppliers
Support with month-end/quarterly reporting tasks
Ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date in ERP/finance systems
Requirements:
Previous finance or administration experience
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Proactive and adaptable with excellent communication skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
