Job Description

Temporary Finance Administrator role providing urgent temporary cover for approximately 3 months. Varied role supporting finance operations, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes within a well-established organisation with a supportive finance team.

Job Responsibility

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Carry out reconciliations of accounts, costings, and ledger entries
  • Maintain and update financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Liaise with internal departments (procurement, operations, labs) and external suppliers
  • Support with month-end/quarterly reporting tasks
  • Ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date in ERP/finance systems

Requirements

  • Previous finance or administration experience
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Proactive and adaptable with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
