T2M Resourcing are working with a successful and growing business who are part of a larger group and have an opportunity for a temporary Finance Administrator join their team. This is an URGENT requirement for a temporary Finance Administrator based in Kidderminster and could potentially become a long-term role.
Job Responsibility:
Processing finance transactions
Posting journals
Account reconciliations
Credit card / expenses processing
Assisting other finance team members with finance tasks as required e.g. month end reporting
Requirements:
Experience of working in a finance team
Ideally having completed some finance study e.g. AAT
Good experience of finance transaction processing e.g. purchase ledger
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
Good organisational skills, able to adapt to an ever-changing workload
Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous
