Our well-established client is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join their supportive finance team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a busy finance department whilst gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Processing invoices
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with bank reconciliation
Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
General administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is preferred
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
