Finance Administrator

• Processing incoming supplier invoices in GBP, USD, and EUR using NetSuite (ERP system)
• Handling employee expense reimbursements
• Managing the accounts inbox, serving as the first point of contact for external suppliers and internal staff
• Assisting the finance team with adhoc tasks as needed
• Contributing to monthly bank reconciliations

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with an ERP is a plus but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative spirit, eager to improve processes and productivity with team members
• A passion for learning and adapting to new systems and processes
• Effective time management skills, especially during peak times like month-end account preparation
