We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, and assisting with essential accounting and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and greeting visitors
Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations for financial teams and executives
Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring financial documents and client records are organized and secure
Assist with travel arrangements, expense report preparation, and invoice processing
Order office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage office equipment maintenance
Support the coordination of team and client meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
Enter and track data for department projects and assist with basic bookkeeping or finance tracking tasks
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and company information
Collaborate with colleagues across departments for project support and process improvements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of administrative support experience, ideally within the finance or professional services sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
Nice to have:
familiarity with financial software is a plus
