Job Description

Our client is a small membership organisation in the Maritime Industry based in London Bridge. They are looking for an Administrator with Finance experience to help with invoicing one day per week starting in early January.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the invoicing for customer subscriptions to the membership organisation
  • Updating the system and ensuring a certificate is sent to the customer confirming their subscription
  • Any other finance Admin duties required

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Dext and Xero is beneficial
  • Finance Admin experience
