This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys working closely with a close‑knit fun team.
Job Responsibility:
Verifying supplier invoices and posting them onto Sage
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Keeping industry accreditations up to date
Setting up new project enquiries and entering quantities into Excel
Processing subcontractor invoices and statements
Supporting month‑end tasks including raising sales invoices, maintaining debtors lists and chasing overdue payments
Providing admin support to the Contracts Managers and Estimating team
General office duties to keep everything running smoothly
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative, office support or similar role
Confident using Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills
Some experience with accounts
Strong attention to detail - especially with financial data
