Job Description:

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance? Our client, a reputable organisation based in Grays, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibility:

Maintain credit exposure for live accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely actions
Open new credit accounts, following established procedures and performing necessary verifications
Post the daily banking transactions with precision and in adherence to financial guidelines
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolutions
Raise credit notes when necessary
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly invoice runs, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Collaborate with various depots, directors, and customers to address financial matters effectively
Allocate payments accurately, ensuring records are updated promptly

Requirements:

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and numerical proficiency
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
