Job Responsibility:
Process purchase and sales invoices using Xero accounting software
Support reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process e expenses
Support with credit control
Month-end reconciliation
Support VAT return preparations
Help prepare basic financial reports
Provide assistance with payroll administration when needed
Requirements:
Basic understanding of finance duties
Experience with Xero is beneficial but not essential
