Job Responsibility:
Deliver accurate day-to-day finance administration, including processing payments and generating bank statements
Manage signatory changes and support the onboarding and relinquishment of appointeeships, including sensitive cases
Maintain finance trackers, records, and audit documentation to ensure compliance and transparency
Liaise with colleagues, payroll, and external agencies such as the DWP and Motability
Contribute to month-end processes, system improvements, and a supportive, values-led team culture
Requirements:
Experience in a finance or administrative role, with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Confident communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with colleagues and external agencies
Proficient in computerised accounting packages and competent in spreadsheets and word-processing software
Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload, working both independently and as part of a team
A strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and handling sensitive information
A full, valid UK driving licence, with the ability to visit services when required
