Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the accuracy of financial information within the University’s financial systems
  • provide financial advice to Principal Investigators (PIs) and budget holders, including monitoring income, chasing payments, and resolving financial queries
  • liaise with administrators and finance team members across the University to resolve queries and assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
  • set up and maintain project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal costings and financial regulations
  • contribute to the review and improvement of financial processes and maintaining accurate financial records for audit purposes.
