Job Responsibility:
Prepare invoices and manage payment schedules across multiple projects
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and support monthly reconciliation activity
Track budgets and project spend, updating internal systems and documentation
Liaise with external suppliers and clients, ensuring information is captured and followed up
Support internal stakeholders with financial reporting and administration
Process international payments and monitor currency considerations
Assist with ad-hoc project tasks, including occasional travel/admin support
Maintain financial records and documentation for audit readiness
Lead and prepare materials for regular internal admin meetings
Ad hoc tasks to support the wider team
Requirements:
Interest in music, production, or the wider creative industries
1-2 years' experience in accounts or financial coordination
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
