Job Description:

Detail-oriented finance enthusiast opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Finance Assistant. Temp to perm position with potential for permanent role paying up to £30,000.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales & Purchase Ledger Bookkeeping
  • Daily Allocations Tracker updates and reconciliation in Xero
  • Invoice management including uploading sales invoices and processing supplier invoices
  • Credit control activities including sending statements and follow-up calls
  • Process remittance advices
  • Verify new subcontractors with HMRC

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in finance
  • Familiarity with Xero is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow up and resolve payment issues

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Xero
