Job Description:

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking team? I'm working closely with a fantastic company based in Sheffield who are looking to welcome a new Finance Administrator into their busy billing department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating and processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling and resolving invoicing queries
  • Updating internal systems and records
  • Escalating any issues to management when necessary
  • Supporting the wider billing team with general finance admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance administration role
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
