As Hotel Finance Assistant you’ll be responsible for assisting the finance team in managing the financial operations of our amazing hotel. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will get the chance to upskill on your journey with us and assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting the finance team in managing the financial operations of the hotel
Maintaining accurate financial records
Processing invoices and payments
Reconciling accounts
Preparing financial reports
Assisting in budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis
Requirements:
Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Familiar with financial software and systems, including QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
Must be age 18 or above
