Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing all financial and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with FOUR PAWS policies and local regulations
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and preparing timely financial reports
  • Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to internal guidelines
  • Administer petty cash, invoices, and coordinate financial reporting with the external accounting company
  • Coordinating payroll and reviewing employee payments for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, contracts, documentation, archiving, and inventory control
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, visas, and work permits for staff and visitors
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes in cooperation with HR-HQ
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, HR databases, and time/leave management systems
  • Ensuring HR administration complies with labour laws and internal policies
  • Supporting personnel planning, job descriptions, and job advertisements
  • Coordinating performance reviews, training initiatives, and employee development activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Finance & Admin Specialist for international NGOs or relevant corporate sector experience
  • Relevant qualification or proven work experience
  • Strong verbal English skills
  • Willingness to travel, as well as a valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission
