Job Description

Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment are supporting a not‑for‑profit organisation in Aberdeen who are looking for a Finance Admin Assistant to join them on a part‑time basis. This is an initial 3‑month contract with flexibility around working days and hours, making it ideal for someone looking for a varied and meaningful finance support role. You’ll play a key part in keeping day‑to‑day finance operations running smoothly. Working closely with their external finance provider and internal teams, you’ll be the go‑to person for finance queries and general administrative support.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries
  • Processing invoices and supporting general finance administration
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with the external finance provider
  • Supporting wider finance duties as required

Requirements

  • Has experience in finance administration or a similar support role
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Is comfortable managing routine finance tasks and juggling priorities
