Job Description:

The Finance Acctg Specialist performs relatively complex assignments that impact the business by ensuring high-quality financial tasks and services. This role includes delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and managing diverse accounting responsibilities. It requires strong professional principles, in-depth knowledge of team objectives, and the ability to work autonomously with sensitivity to audience diversity.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the management and control of data flows to ensure integrity and completeness of financial data
prepares and records financial transactions for regulatory reporting purposes
updates the general ledger and prepares consolidated financial statements
delivers assigned accounting tasks under little to no supervision
performs relatively complex clerical assignments
evaluates options for productivity enhancement
assesses risk and ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in accounting management
knowledge of accounting processes and financial controls
understanding of financial accounting
ability to assess risk and safeguard compliance
basic knowledge of management reporting, policy and regulations
tact and diplomacy in communication.
