Job Description:

The Finance Acctg Analyst applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. They support financial transactions, reporting, and the management of reconciliations while adhering to policies and procedures. They escalate issues, ensure compliance, and drive transparency within their team.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the management and control data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data
prepares and records financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes
updates the general ledger, recording financial transactions, and prepares consolidated financial statements
manages implementation of procedures and develops reports
adheres to key controls for accounting processes
articulates own process along with its key controls
communicates with Legal Entity Managers on the status of reconciliations/accounting performed
delivers on routine accounting deliverables
escalates problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures
applies understanding of team and area integration with others in accomplishing objectives
assesses the applicability of previous experiences and evaluates options

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in accounting management (combination of education/experience)
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
