Job Description:

The Finance Accounting Sr. Manager leads the global accounting team for compensation and benefit expenses, focusing on Retirement costs and transformation initiatives. The role provides broad exposure to various business levels and regions, and leverages analytical skills and US GAAP knowledge to impact financial close processes and optimize business/product workflows.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the management and control data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data
Prepares consolidated financial statements for legal vehicle and regulatory purposes
Manages complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas
Leads, directs, and manages a team of professionals
Provides advice to internal clients on implications of business trends and strategies
Appropriately assesses risk and drives compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members

Requirements:

6-10 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge Local and US GAAP
Familiarity with finance functions and systems
Management experience of team of professionals as well as familiarity with banking products and reporting requirements as well as legal vehicle governance and control
CPA or Chartered Accountant
