Join K2 Partnering Solutions, a leading global provider of end-to-end consultative technology solutions, as the Finance Accountant based in Singapore. This high-impact role is crucial for our regional financial integrity, offering extensive international exposure and the opportunity to be fully accountable for the financial operations of multiple key entities. Reporting directly to the Finance Director for the APAC region, you will be solely responsible for end-to-end accounting and statutory audit functions across our entities in Singapore, the Philippines, and Australia. This position requires a highly independent and self-driven professional, providing a unique environment to learn about diverse country regulatory landscapes while directly managing the financial control and compliance of your portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform general accounting functions, including month-end closing, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions and variance analysis on behalf of our two Singapore entities
  • Prepare monthly working papers and produce monthly management accounts
  • Support corporate secretarial activities and statutory audit requirements
  • Oversee local country treasury, tax and transfer pricing policies and procedures
  • Lead and oversee the payroll process across assigned entities
  • Handle day-to-day treasury activities such as bank transactions, cash flow tracking, and payment processing for vendors, consultants and employees
  • Review employee expense claims and credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the APAC Finance Director
  • Represent the Singapore office as the Accountant

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • At least 5-6 years in an Accountant role
  • Audit experience preferred
  • Detail oriented, organized, and delivers results efficiently
  • Highly motivated, and self-driven, able to work under pressure to meet business needs within demanding timescales, in a complex hands-on operational environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications
  • Able to effectively work independently
  • Flexible and able to quickly adjust to a dynamic changing business environment

Nice to have

Experience with SAP Business One or S4 Hana, as well as Salesforce, a plus
