Job Description:

This Fin Solutions Sr. Analyst role supports Strategic Ledger SPIRT, ensuring smooth BAU activities and adhering to control guidelines. The analyst manages complex data queries, drives resolutions, and interacts with various teams to escalate issues and align processes.

Job Responsibility:

Work on Complex data & functional queries, drive resolutions across different groups
Hold external teams (Technology / GFTS) accountable and ensure they deliver against deadlines
SME for reporting system platform and “reviewer” for critical and complex issue resolutions
Assess impact of changes to process/platforms and communicate to Users
Define processes for own area, standardize processes across regions/centers
Identify redundancies/improvements in own processes and implement the same
Identify opportunities to reduce INC volume by collaborating with different user groups
Define/Standardize/Analyze process KPI metrics
Manage and report control issues with transparency
To drive SPIRT Projects/Initiatives
Manage, assign and track team members work responsibilities
Manage Users and external Resolver groups
Drive internal team trainings on ledger platforms
Assist in the development of process efficiencies and improvement efforts as well as data quality improvement projects
Interpret policies, guidelines, and processes and resolve complex problems and transactions
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
7+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Experience delivering clear and concise communications, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple assignments and projects
Project management, process reengineering, and/or technology implementation experience is a plus
Experience of providing functional & data analytics support on Full Suite / Oracle or similar ledger platform is a plus
