Job Description:

Citi is hiring a Fin Solutions Sr. Analyst in Mumbai, India, responsible for SDLC project coordination, User Acceptance Testing, and managing change processes for financial systems. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, defect management, and effective communication with senior stakeholders while working in a complex environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare STLC-related documents like Test plan, Test cases, RTM, Defect Log, and Test closure documents
  • Liaison with business for status updates on various projects
  • Ensure coordination between internal partners and share testing plans for application testing harmony
  • Manage project changes related to testing in accordance with the change management plan
  • Handle defect management and remediation facilitation
  • Present test scenarios and cases to key stakeholders for approval
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and log/re-test defects
  • Handle production go-live activities and queries.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-15 years of experience in SDLC & STLC
  • Hands-on experience in stakeholder management & co-ordination with senior stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of banking & financial products and services
  • Worked on Financial Systems in technology and a functional role
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
  • Proven self-motivation skill to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
  • Experience in preparing project documentation, reports and presentations
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • PMP, Prince2 certification preferred.
