Complete Care Team is a highly respected company that was established in 1999. We specialise in supporting community based clients with disabilities and in particular clients with complex care needs, including people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and spinal injuries. We focus on all aspects of our clients needs, providing a quality home based person-centred service which puts clients at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Personal care – showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
  • Manual handling – wheelchair transfers, hoisting
  • Domestic duties – housework, laundry and meal preparation
  • Community access – transporting clients to shopping, doctors appointments and social activities including attending hydrotherapy
