Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Filing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of document handling, including electronic filing and compliance with company standards. This position requires an active Notary Public commission or a willingness to obtain one with company support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the electronic filing of documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational standards
  • Handle high-volume data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining office records
  • Verify documentation through active Notary Public commission processes
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools to organize and analyze documentation
  • Provide receptionist services, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for internal and external use
  • Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and resolve issues
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all administrative processes
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, including data entry and receptionist duties
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools
  • Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one with company assistance
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in administrative processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
