A full-time opportunity exists in our Impairment Benefits team for a File Management Officer based in our Melbourne office.
Job Responsibility:
Arranging independent medical examinations for injured workers, ensuring all relevant correspondence is provided to the key stakeholders in a timely manner
Communicating with the injured workers, reminding them of their appointment dates and times
Preparing correspondence to workers, employers, and other stakeholders in response to either queries received or arising from the processing of claims
Assisting with the day-to-day administration duties of the team
Proactively work within the team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members, and supporting a positive working environment
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with MS Office Products
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
