Job Description:

We’re looking for a File Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Stourton, Leeds. The File Maintenance department are responsible for the creation and the maintenance of the product file for Bestway Wholesale and Bestway Retail. A multi-functional role, which covers insight and understanding into new products, item maintenance and Trading standards/promotions. The role is key to ensure Bestway Wholesale product file is kept clean and up to date, being the safety net for the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing promotions and price changes
  • Provide great customer service to the branches
  • Resolving trading related queries from stores
  • Creation of new products and maintenance of existing products within the system in adherence to the companies sign off processes
  • Pricing maintenance for Bestway Wholesale as agreed by the Trading Team
  • Promotions for Bestway Wholesale: monthly promotions
  • Contract pricing – agreed and advised by the Contract team
  • System User Creation
  • Jira – depot queries
  • New Supplier creation

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • An experienced system administrator
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sound working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent teamwork

Nice to have:

Previous experience of working within a wholesale or retail environment
