Job Responsibility:
Perform efficient and accurate physical filing of records and documents
Maintain an organized file system for quick retrieval of information
Enter and update data into internal tracking systems as needed
Provide excellent customer service

Occasionally cover front desk reception, including answering phones and managing office entry
Requirements:
