We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in organizing and managing important documents while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Job Responsibility:
Digitize physical documents by scanning and uploading them into SharePoint
Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain organized records
Update and manage electronic files to ensure accessibility and security
Handle email correspondence related to documentation and administrative tasks
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets
Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word as needed
Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational data handling protocols
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions
Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation or data
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document management and storage
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience working with document management systems such as SharePoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
