Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain physical files in an orderly manner for easy retrieval
Handle file boxes and ensure proper storage and labeling
Scan documents accurately and store them in designated electronic systems
Perform e-filing tasks to keep digital records up-to-date and well-organized
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all files and sensitive information
Identify and resolve minor discrepancies or issues in file organization
Prepare files for audits or other official purposes as required
Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes
Maintain a clean and organized workspace related to filing tasks
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding file management progress
Requirements:
Previous experience in paper filing and document organization
Proficiency in handling file boxes and physical storage
Familiarity with scanning equipment and processes
