Job Responsibility:
Sort and organize paper files for efficient processing
Use scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital files
Label and categorize scanned documents for easy retrieval
Manage file boxes and ensure proper storage of paper records
Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy
Maintain an orderly workspace to facilitate smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document handling
Track and report progress to supervisors as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in paper filing and document management
Proficiency in using scanning equipment and software
Ability to handle and organize large volumes of physical files
Familiarity with e-filing systems and digital storage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
