Job Responsibility:
Keep our filing systems in top shape by organizing, sorting, and maintaining paper records for easy access
Locate and retrieve physical files to support important administrative tasks
Digitize documents by scanning and converting records with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Prepare, label, and manage file boxes to maintain a clean and structured storage system
Review and update records to ensure information is properly filed and easy to find
Handle confidential documents responsibly, following all security and privacy procedures
Provide hands-on, onsite clerical support for records and document-related projects
Assist with special projects and organizational tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience with paper filing and general document management in an office setting
Ability to scan and organize documents with strong attention to detail
Experience working with file boxes and maintaining structured physical storage systems
Comfortable performing back-office administrative tasks in an onsite work environment
Ability to research and locate records efficiently within large filing systems
Strong discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
