We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, South Carolina. Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain paper files to ensure accurate and easy retrieval
Prepare file boxes for storage and transportation as required
Scan documents to create digital copies for electronic filing systems
Perform e-filing tasks to ensure records are properly categorized and accessible
Verify the accuracy of scanned files and address any discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Assist with inventory management of file storage materials
Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes
Label and index documents systematically for efficient access
Provide support for special projects related to file management
Requirements:
Proven experience in paper filing and document organization
Familiarity with scanning equipment and techniques
