Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries
Perform data entry tasks with precision, updating and maintaining databases as needed
Draft and respond to emails and other correspondence with careful attention to detail
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively to support team operations
Assist clients with housing-related inquiries, including Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) and Fair Housing regulations
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage documents and reports
Process and enter orders accurately to maintain up-to-date records
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and housing program guidelines
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and delivering timely solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a call center setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for document and data management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
Familiarity with Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) and Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent
additional education or certifications in relevant fields is a plus
