Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain physical files, ensuring all documents are correctly labeled and stored
Process and manage electronic filing systems, securely uploading and categorizing digital documents
Prepare and handle file boxes, including labeling and organizing for easy access
Scan paper documents and convert them into digital formats for e-filing
Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with organizational standards
Retrieve files as needed for team members or audits, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery
Monitor filing systems for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary
Maintain confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information
Perform regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and streamline file management tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in paper filing and managing physical documents
Familiarity with electronic filing systems and scanning processes
