Job Responsibility:
Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records
Scan, label, and archive documents for easy retrieval
Ensure files are accurate, up to date, and properly stored
Assist with document requests and general clerical tasks
Support the office team with day-to-day administrative needs
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous clerical or file management experience is a plus
Comfortable with basic computer systems and scanners
Reliable, efficient, and able to follow processes
Ability to work independently and stay focused
