Job Description:

Global Support Centre (GSC) is a department inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and managing customer experience via Mystery Shopping. The main goal of this position is to manage the communication with Mystery Shoppers. The Fieldwork Coordination Allocator is responsible for allocating tasks to Mystery Shoppers and keeping track of the project's progress.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Mystery Shoppers
  • Provide instructions, guidelines, and project details to Mystery Shoppers
  • Monitor and track the progress of Mystery Shopping projects, and keep detailed records of assigned tasks, deadlines, and project milestones
  • Understand project specifications and requirements about shopper profiles, timing and deadlines
  • Work closely with the Fieldwork Coordination team that operates across several countries

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Be comfortable using Excel to organise and analyse data
  • Demonstrate responsibility and reliability within the work environment
  • Secondary education or professional training with a school-leaving exam

Nice to have:

  • Other languages are a huge plus (CZ/SK, FR, ITA or DE)
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer support is an advantage
