Job Description:

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently seeking an experienced Techno-Functional SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join a project. The successful consultant will support a Fieldglass implementation programme and should have proven experience working on complex, international deployments. The consultant is expected to join in March 2026 for an initial 9-month contract. This is a fully remote role, however applications will only be considered from candidates based in India, who have previously worked as independent contractors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Update and maintain internal documentation and test scripts
  • Manage and coordinate testing of implemented changes
  • Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Coordinate deployments with Admin and Operations teams
  • Provide Hypercare support post go-live

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting SAP Fieldglass implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of Fieldglass design and configuration decisions
  • Ability to analyse existing customisations and recommend optimal solutions aligned with project objectives
  • Experience coordinating technical teams for integration-related activities
  • Exposure to large, global programme environments
  • Experience integrating Fieldglass with Workday - highly advantageous
