Requirements

A full, clean UK driving licence
A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
Someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Waste industry experience is not essential - full training will be provided

Job Responsibility

Complete 9-11 customer site visits per day, collecting and exchanging non-hazardous, low-hazardous and hazardous waste streams
Safely load and unload drums and containers onto and from your vehicle
Build positive relationships with customers across a wide range of industries
Work closely with the Branch Manager and customers to meet operational requirements and resolve queries
Use handheld tablets and CRM systems to manage your daily route, service delivery and workload

What we offer

Salary £26,40 plus commission (OTE £35,000)

Job Responsibility

Lead, coach, and develop a team of waste collection representatives, spending time in the field to support and improve performance
Drive revenue growth by sourcing and winning new business and developing existing customer accounts
Manage and grow customer relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and work orders to maximise efficiency and performance
Deliver against individual, team, and branch sales and waste targets
Handle customer queries and issues promptly, maintaining high service standards
Manage team availability, including holiday and sickness cover, to ensure consistent service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with HSEQ standards
