Job Description:

Field Training Coordinator manages colleagues through their LearnRx training program by coordinating activities with colleagues, managers, and coaches. Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging data to continually evaluate the learner experience to measure training effectiveness and colleague performance.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct virtual & live classroom training for select programs
Manage trainees through the LearnRx training program
Monitor, assess and manage engagement and execution progress
Schedule new hires in the SDS
Identify eligible colleagues to become coaches
Assess Skill Development Store coaching environments
Monitor dashboard daily
Build and manage relationships with Field RX Management
Lead monthly State of the District meetings
Travel within market weekly
Escalate training concerns

Requirements:

1+ years' experience in a customer service, training delivery or relevant work experience
Nationally Certified Technician (CPhT via PTCB or ExCPT) or commits to becoming nationally certified within 6 months of hire
Licensed/Registered Technician within the state of hire
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
