Field Training Associate

• Help employees reach their fullest potential
• Train and lead by example
• Serve to supplement employee training and development provided by General Foremen and Crew Leaders
• Participate in production related work activities
• Perform modularized training, new employee orientation and skill review
• Identify training opportunities and implement in conjunction with Field Management’s expectations
• Perform incident investigations and perform root cause analysis
• Document and distribute incident investigation, training programs and progress and policy information electronically
• Perform drug and alcohol testing as applicable

• Assess individual employee needs
• Deliver 'hands on' field training and educational programs
• Improve employee knowledge and skill with emphasis on safety and productivity
• Follow safe work practices
• Supplement training provided by General Foremen and Crew Leaders
• Participate in production related work activities
• Be a productive member of the crew while training
• Perform modularized training, new employee orientation and skill review
• Cover various technical training field and classroom based using hands-on learning techniques
• Identify training opportunities and implement in conjunction with Field Management’s expectations
• Perform incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Document and distribute incident investigation, training programs and progress and policy information electronically
• Perform drug and alcohol testing as applicable
• Likely requires frequent to periodic travel
• Bilingual (ideal candidate)
